PROVEN Training & Development Pty Ltd is an Australian company based in Western
Australia, building training and reference tools for the lifting industry.
Over the years in the industry, the biggest gap has been knowledge and experience.
Companies not being able to train and develop their biggest assets. Not the cranes,
not the gear, but the people on the ground like you and me.
PROVEN is here to fill the gap: to assist companies in upskilling their workers both
remotely (the app) and through skills-based practical training, with unlimited off-site
access to educational learning modules and content (the app again).

A platform for riggers and crane operators that supports them in doing high risk work not
just safely, but competently.
The PROVEN app is our first step: a place where riggers, and soon crane operators, have the
information and the tools to do the job more efficiently. From there, our vision is to
create and train competent, confident, job-ready riggers through practical, in-person,
skills-based training sessions, supported by the learning pathway modules in the app — and
close the gap that exists in the industry today.

We have watched the gap between getting a ticket and a rigger’s first job grow wider
and wider. We’ve seen it all. We’ve been in it — and we are finally taking a
