PROVEN — Strength Through Skill

Inside the PROVEN app

Three levels

Three levels, each including the one below — somebody studying for a ticket, a rigger on the tools, and a crew being brought up through the industry are different jobs.

Level 1 Ready in app

Pre-Course Preparation

Free

Practice exams for High Risk Work Licence assessment — Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Rigging, worked through before the course rather than on the day. Crane exams (CN, C1 and CO) are on their way.

Level 2 First release

Field Tools

Subscription · price at launch

  • Toolbox — 23 quick guides and live calculators, from sling angles to crane capacity, with more to come. Every sheet cites the Australian Standard it comes from, and works offline at the hook.
  • Lift Library — a record of a real lift: the gear, the crane layout and what made it hard, kept for the next crew who walk onto the same job.

Level 3 Second release

Training

The Toolbox

23 guides & calculators, plus 5 fillable checklists

The laminated sheet in somebody’s ute, replaced.

23 quick guides and live calculators, written for the hook rather than the classroom, with more to come. Type in what you have got and it works the answer out. Alongside them are 5 checklists you fill in on the phone — new to site, load assessment, reeving and an in-field lift study — each one finishing as a PDF. Every sheet cites the Australian Standard it comes from, and the whole lot works offline, because the yard you need it in never has signal.

  • Sling Angle Calculator
  • Crane Capacity
  • Centre of Gravity
  • Chain Angle Factors
  • … and 19 more in the app
The PROVEN sling angle calculator: sling length, distance between lifting points and single-leg WLL, with a live within-limits verdict.

The Lift Library

Keep what the crew knows

The record of a hard lift usually leaves with the person who did it.

The Lift Library keeps it. Write up a lift once — what was lifted, the gear, the crane layout and what actually made it difficult — and it is there for the next crew who walk onto the same job. Yours stay private unless you choose to share them; on a company plan they belong to the business, not to whoever happens to still work there.

What a record holds

  • The manifest — site, client, load, weight, and how complex the lift was.
  • The gear — what was rigged, and the cranes used, up to four of them with their roles.
  • The crane layout — sketched by hand, or marked up straight onto a site photo.
  • The photos — the gear as it was rigged, with a thumbnail you choose.
  • What made it hard — the part nobody writes down, and the part worth having.

How it works on site

  • Private by default — nothing is shared until you say so.
  • Company library — one crew, one shared record, with roles and access you control.
  • Photos handled properly — blur what should not be seen, and location data is stripped on the way in.
  • Printable — export a lift, or a filtered set of them, as a clean two-page record.
  • Searchable — by site, client, crane or gear, months later.
